Season 21 of Mr & Miss Pune witnesses yet another night of grace, style and glamour!

Pune, January 2, 2018: Mr & Miss Pune ( season-21) kept the tradition of being the most wanted and happening contest of Pune this year too and the grand finale  was a great hit.

The Judges for this extravagant night were Mrs Maharashtra Manjusha Mulik ,Designer Naaz Shaikh Khan & Famous Fashion Choreographer and groomer Snehal Oswal Nahar. After witnessing an evening of abundant talent and glamour, it was a tough call for the judges but after much thought  the ones who stole the spotlight were Pritesh Gumane who  won the title of Mr Pune 2017  and Sneha Wadekar was crowned Miss Pune-2017.

The garments were designed by the renowned Candence Academy and the hair and make up was done by ISAS.

It was an amazing show with wonderful contestant and energetic audience.

The grand success of the show is solely 'cause of Jazzmatazz who gives platform to upcoming models for past 21 years.

Forensic Audit Points to Insider Trading by Atul and Rahul Kirloskar

Eight years ago, on 6 October 2010, some members of the Kirloskar family including Atul Kirloskar and Rahul Kirloskar had sold 13.5% of Kirloskar Brothers Limited shares worth about ₹275 crore before financial results were reported on 8 October 2010. In 2012, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) sent a letter to the company seeking transaction details. Following this, Kirloskar Brothers Limited hired law firm AZB and Partners to conduct a forensic audit to verify allegations of insider trading. The audit found that few members of the Kirloskar Family, including the two brothers, mis-stated in a regulatory disclosure that they were not in possession of unpublished price-sensitive financial information while seeking clearance to sell Kirloskar Brothers shares.
